With easy access to buses and trains, you'll only be 2 minutes away from the nearest bus stop and 10 minutes away from the train station.
If you enjoy taking a leisurely coastal walk, you'll love living here as the Greenwich area is within walking distance. After a long day at work, you can unwind with a relaxing stroll. Additionally, you'll find a variety of restaurants and a supermarket within a 15-minute walk, making errands and dining out a breeze.
The rental price for the room is $350 per week, and utility bills are not included. We require a minimum stay of 3 months and a bond of 4 weeks' rent.
You will be sharing the place with me and my partner, who are currently studying and working. We value a quiet and peaceful environment, so crazy late-night parties are not allowed. However, we do enjoy having a small drink and a friendly chat after work or study.
Parking along the street is unlimited, so you won't have to worry about finding a spot for your car. Our location is not next to a busy road, so you can rest assured that it is not dusty or noisy. In fact, we face the opposite side of the road, ensuring a peaceful living environment. Smoking is strictly not allowed.
