• 与 IT 团队合作，将业务需求转化为技术要求。
• 对拟议的解决方案进行差距分析和可行性研究或提供替代解决方案。
• 创建和维护业务流程模型和用户流程图。
• 管理项目时间表和可交付成果。
• 与技术和非技术受众进行有效沟通。
• 进行用户验收测试，以确保解决方案满足业务要求。

资格：
• 工商管理、信息系统或相关领域的学士学位（或同等经验）。
• 2年以上业务分析或相关领域的经验。
• 强大的分析和解决问题的能力與出色的沟通和人际交往能力。
• 多任务处理能力，能够在压力下工作。
• 精通 Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint), Power BI。
• 具有业务流程建模工具经验者优先。
• 具有数据分析工具经验者优先。

We're looking for Business Analyst!!

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and analyzing business needs, eliciting requirements, and designing solutions that optimize our processes and systems.

Responsibilities:
• Partner with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and challenges.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Develop clear and concise user stories and functional specifications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies for proposed solutions or offer alternative solutions.
• Create and maintain business process models and user flow diagrams.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Multi tasking skills and can work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI.
• Experience with business process modeling tools is a plus.
• Experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
