Job Description:
Are you passionate about maintaining well-organized and accurate inventory? Do you take pride in ensuring that your warehouse is safe and efficient, and that daily orders are dispatched seamlessly?
eShopping Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Sydney. With the team's exceptional work and our businesses' fast growth, we need someone who can take charge of running the day-to-day operations in the warehouse.
As an energetic and reliable warehouse team leader, your goal will be to ensure that all orders are fulfilled and dispatched on time. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and regular stocktakes. Additionally, you will work with the customer team to coordinate with our delivery partners and ensure timely product delivery.
About the role:
- Full-time or part-time positions are available
- Your main responsibilities will be to handle daily order fulfillment, picking, and packing in the mornings
- You must ensure that all daily orders are processed and prepared for pickup by the delivery team on time
- Receive supplier orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate stock transfers between our warehouses in collaboration with the operations team and the Perth Warehouse Supervisor
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with relevant team members to address any operational issues that may arise
- Stand out: We are a dynamic ecommerce team, so we expect you to excel in various aspects of operations and warehouse management
- Handle backend tasks such as electronic product testing, returns, and exchanges
To excel in this role, you should:
- Be able to work in a high-speed warehouse environment
- Have previous experience in warehouses, specifically with picking and packing orders
- Be skilled in using warehouse management system software to maintain accuracy and organization
- Hold a valid forklift license
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills in a warehousing environment
- Possess excellent written, verbal, and communication skills
- Be reliable and trustworthy, taking responsibility for the warehouse operations
- Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work and teamwork
