Seeking a qualified and experienced Facility Executive. Responsible for providing technical expertise, overseeing repairs and building maintenance of student accommodation buildings in Sydney and reporting to key stakeholders.
This role reports to the Corporate Manager and supervises a team of mechanical and electrical trade’s people on a daily basis.
Full time Monday to Friday position however, additional hours during our peak periods or after hours call outs may be required from time to time.
You will be required to undertake the following, however not limited to:
Plan and manage the general repairs, maintenance and preventative maintenance schedules throughout the commercial facility in conjunction with Maintenance Supervisor.
Delegate and allocate work orders as required to ensure contract requirements and KPI's are achieved.
Respond to requests or complaints from tenants, other building users and clients in relation to maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.
Supervise and manage contractors or external tradesmen for preventive & corrective maintenance works.
Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance. Report on Reactive & Planned maintenance spend//P&L statement reporting.
Reporting to all key stakeholders.
Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expended on work orders.
Carry out Comprehensive Property Inspections.
Ensure safe work practices and Standard Operational Procedures are followed at all times.
