驻墨尔本总领馆举行2026马年春节招待会（组图）

2月6日，驻墨尔本总领馆在馆内举行2026马年春节招待会。房新文总领事，维州政府代表、经济增长、就业、财政部长皮尔森，维州反对党领袖威尔逊，澳大利亚联邦议员贾兰、瑞安、黄嘉博、格雷格，墨尔本市长里斯，维州州督府秘书长伯克，多位维州议员及领区华人华侨、中资企业、留学生代表等中外嘉宾约500人出席。

房总领事在致辞中向各位来宾致以美好马年新春祝福，全面回顾2025年中国式现代化最新成就，介绍中澳关系最新发展及中国和领区交流合作最新成果，感谢领区各界为促进中澳友好所做努力。房表示，在新的一年里，中方愿同领区各界一道，加强中国“十五五”规划同维州新版中国战略、塔州2030年强劲发展计划对接，推动领区对华交流合作取得更大进展。

皮尔森等嘉宾盛赞春节文化，高度评价澳中关系及领区对华关系发展，赞赏中国总领馆积极推动澳中友好交流合作，感谢华人社区为当地经济社会发展所做重要贡献，期待澳中关系及领区对华合作取得更大进展。

招待会上，来宾们兴致盎然地观看了精彩的中国民族舞蹈、武术、中国歌曲合唱、汉服秀及舞狮表演，为之欢呼喝彩。现场张灯结彩，充满了浓郁的春节氛围，大家纷纷送上新春祝福，祝愿中澳关系的明天更加美好。

Chinese Consulate General in Melbourne holds a reception to celebrate the 2026 Spring Festival

On February 6, Chinese Consulate General in Melbourne held a reception to celebrate 2026 Spring Festival, Chinese New Year. Approximately 500 people, including Consul General Fang Xinwen, Hon. Danny Pearson MP, Minister for Economic Growth, Jobs and Finance, Representative of the Victorian Government, Ms. Jess Wilson MP, Leader of the Victorian Opposition, Dr. Carina Garland MP, Federal Member for Chisholm, Chair of the Australia-China Parliamentary Friendship Group, Dr. Monique Ryan MP, Federal Member for Kooyong, Mr. Gabriel Ng MP, Federal Member for Menzies, Mr. Matt Gregg MP, Federal Member for Deakin，Mr. Nicholas Reece, Lord Mayor of City of Melbourne, Mr. Jonathan Burke, Official Secretary of Office of the Governor of Victoria, More than ten members of Victorian Parliament, representatives from the local Chinese community, Chinese-funded enterprises, and Chinese overseas students in the consular district, attended the reception.

In his remarks, Consul General Fang extended his best wishes for the Year of the Horse to all guests, comprehensively reviewed the latest achievements of Chinese modernization, introduced the latest developments in China-Australia relations and the latest achievements in exchanges and cooperation between China and the consular district, and thanked all sectors of the consular district for their efforts in promoting China-Australia friendship. Fang stated that in the new year, China is willing to work with all sectors of the consular district to strengthen the alignment of China's 15th Five-Year Plan with Victoria's new China Strategy and Tasmania's 2030 Strong Plan, and promote greater progress in exchanges and cooperation between the consular district and China. 

Minister Danny Pearson and other guests who delivered speeches praised the Spring Festival culture, highly commended the development of Australia-China relations and the consular district's relations with China, appreciated the Chinese Consulate General's active promotion of friendly exchanges and cooperation between Australia and China, thanked the Chinese community for its important contributions to local economic and social development, and looked forward to greater progress in Australia-China relations and the consular district's cooperation with China.

At the reception, guests watched with great interest a wonderful performance of Chinese ethinic dances, martial arts, Chinese song chorus, ancient Chinese clothing show, and lion dance, cheering and applauding. The venue was brightly decorated, filled with a festive atmosphere for the Spring Festival, and everyone offered their New Year's greetings, wishing for a brighter future for China-Australia relations.
