Job Overview
Location: Condell Park, Sydney
In this role, you will be responsible for reinforcement scheduling and planning, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in project material management, production, and delivery. You will play a key role in optimizing the supply chain and improving project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Generate bar marks and accessories lists, ensuring compliance with AutoCAD, structural and architectural drawings, and Australian standards for accurate scheduling.
Prepare and update schedules in spreadsheet format, providing material forecasts and project timelines to clients and project coordinators.
Ensure scheduled supply is delivered on time, meeting contract requirements and supporting project operations.
Monitor project progress and supply chains, ensuring smooth execution under tight deadlines.
Liaise with cross-functional teams (Project Coordinators, Production, Scheduling, Sales, and Accounts) to effectively manage client needs.
Analyze and manage project variations, confirming pricing and availability with Clients and Key Account Managers.
Resolve on-site issues efficiently; escalate major concerns to the Sales Manager – Construction for further support.
Maintain clear communication with the Scheduling Manager to address project concerns before discussing them with the client.
Record and manage project correspondence, ensuring proper documentation and consulting the Project Coordinator when needed.
Identify and address on-site challenges, providing practical and cost-effective solutions where possible.
Attend project kickoff meetings and site visits, always accompanied by a Project Coordinator or nominee to ensure effective oversight.
Assist fellow team members, including schedulers and production staff, to support overall operations.
Optimize scheduling processes, reducing waste, minimizing rework, and maximizing project efficiency.

Skills & Experience
Experience in detailing and construction
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Relevant industry qualifications
Proficiency in AutoCAD

Salary & Benefits
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

Performance bonus
Full-time, permanent role
8-hour workday
On-site position (No remote work)
