零售销售助理招聘
我们正在寻找敬业的销售助理加入我们的团队,主要从事室内和室外家具、装饰品等产品的销售与服务。工作内容具体如下:
工作职责:
-接听日常客户电话(英语),及时回答客户关于产品、订单和配送的询问。
-热情接待到店客户,帮助他们挑选合适的家具和装饰品,提供专业建议。
-生成报价,处理订单,并通过Shopify系统管理销售和发票。
-协调物流,跟进发货和交付进度,确保客户顺利收到产品。
-管理库存查询,并与仓库和快递协调出货事宜。
-完成日常行政工作,支持团队日常运营。
职位要求:
-全英文环境,英语口语流利,具备一定的书面英语能力,能够通过邮件进行专业回复。
-1年以上零售工作经验。
-优秀的客户服务技巧,能够有效处理客户需求和问题。
-灵活应对快节奏的工作环境。
-全职工作,每周40小时,可立即上岗。
薪资待遇:
年薪 $55,000 – $75,000(根据工作经验和能力决定),外加养老金(Superannuation)。
全职岗位,带年假和病假。

We’re on the lookout for some bright, dedicated individuals to join our small, friendly team and help us grow together! As a young and dynamic company, established 13 years ago, we believe in supporting each other and building an inspiring work environment.
Our business offers a curated selection of indoor and outdoor furniture, stunning décor, oil paintings, bar stools, and occasional chairs. We know that furniture is more than just something to fill a space — it's the key to transforming houses into homes. Whether it’s a family moving into a new home or someone redecorating their space, we're here to help them create environments that are both beautiful and functional.
What you'll do:
Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional attitude.
Assist walk-in customers with selecting the perfect products and offer expert advice.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Generate quotes, process orders through Shopify, and manage invoices and stock inquiries.
Coordinate shipping and logistics with couriers and third-party warehouses.
Help customers track and follow up on their deliveries.
Handle general administrative duties to support the day-to-day operations.
What we're looking for:
Minimum 1-year experience in a retail role is preferred.
Passionate about customer service and creating magic moments for our customers.
Quick thinker with an adaptable attitude in a dynamic, growing environment.
Love for home decoration and engaging with people.
Full-time availability, ready to start immediately (40 hours per week).
