Position Overview:

The Accounts Receivable/Office Admin will be responsible for managing the company's receivables, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and maintaining positive relationships with customers. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the company's cash flow and financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers based on sales order.
2. Monitor and process incoming payments, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
3. Maintain communication with customers regarding outstanding invoices, payment terms, and any payment-related inquiries.
4. Generate and maintain accounts receivable reports, including aging reports.
5. Provide administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
