About the role，due to consistent business and market growth, we now have a number of exciting opportunities to join our team. We are currently seeking a migration agent assistant in the Sydney headquarters office to join our professional team. Our principal migration agent with more than 15 years working experience will provide guidance and training. The role will also include: Assist the migration agent in preparing documentation for visa applications； Assist the MARA agent to prepare timely and accurate advices regarding visa options and other related immigration issues；Liaising with clients over the phone, in person, or via email, gathering visa documents from clients, and following up on applications；Accurately maintain and update client files in relevant systems, including working with CRM system.

Market base salary + KPI bonus and case bonus + Commission skills and experience

Fluence in English is must. Fluence in Chinese and Thai is preferred. Good writing and communication skills. Professional, fast, and accurate with High attention to detail. Good strong customer service attitude.
