岗位职责：
1. 负责公司日常财务管理，包括项目分类、记账、对账、统计、员工工资核算（Payroll）、考勤管理及报销处理。
2. 跟踪并及时汇报项目的应收应付款项，确保账务清晰。
3. 协助团队处理公司运营及日常行政事务，保障公司内部运作顺畅。
4. 表现优秀者可获得内部晋升机会，拓展职业发展空间。

职位要求：
1. 持合法工作签证，可全职工作。
2. 拥有2年以上建筑行业财务及会计相关经验者优先考虑。
3. 熟练使用 Xero、Office 办公软件及相关财务工具。

6. 工作细致认真，具备优秀的时间管理能力，确保财务数据的精准性和时效性。

Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily company financial tasks, including project categorization, bookkeeping, reconciliation, reporting, payroll, attendance management, expense reimbursements and etc.
2. Track and promptly report project accounts payable and receivable to ensure financial clarity.
3. Assist the team with company operations and daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth internal workflows.

Requirements:
1. Must hold a valid work visa and be eligible for full-time work.
2. At least 2 years of accounting and finance experience in the construction industry is preferred.
3. Proficient in Xero, MS Office Suite, and other relevant accounting tools.
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
5. Able to work under pressure and maintain focus in a high-paced environment.
6. Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of delivering timely and accurate financial data.
7. Having a vehicle is an advantage.
8. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance, accounting, or a related field.
