Hiring shortterm IT individuals for the chain shop network hardware installation project

A chain shop brand is going to develop in Australia and plans to open shops in the major cities in Australia. A total of about 20-30 shops. Need IT men to do installation jobs. It takes about 2-3 people and 2-3 working days per shop.

Phase 1–Initial Deployment

Job in each shop:

1. Install 8~15 IP cameras and connect to the server host.  

2. Connect office PCs (<10>

3. Configure IP addresses and other settings according to the supplied documentation.  

4. Connect the broadband line to the router to bring all network devices online.

5. All hardware and cables are ready at the sites.

Phase 2–Quarterly Preventive Maintenance  

Carry out a scheduled on-site inspection every quarter; repair any faults immediately if discovered.

Phase 3–Emergency Call-out Support  

Respond to unexpected failures by dispatching technicians to the store for on-site repair.

Pricing  

Provide a separate quotation for each of the three phases above.

Scope Clarifications  

- Service only—hardware and cable materials are ready on sites.  

- Technicians will bring small consumables such as RJ-45 plugs, labels, cable ties, etc.  

- A detailed instruction file will be provided. For pricing and the job description in detail.

- One project (per shop), one settlement.

- Trip reimbursement if applicable

- prefer a small group of individuals to cover the service.

- I will be on-site in Australia.
